How to make acorn jelly salad Jongwon Baek acorn jelly sauce
My local tofu store also sells acorn jelly, and it doesn't look like it's sold at a regular mart, and it's not chewy, and it's so delicious. So I remember Sawada eating makgeolli after climbing a mountain before, so I made a sauce and seasoned it with vegetables.
