How to make super simple dried pollack egg hangover soup
I didn't prepare any ingredients for hangover soup, but when I have to make hangover soup in a hurry, dried pollack is easy. If you have dried pollack, you can easily make hangover soup by taking out vegetables from the refrigerator and making soup. Eggs and soft tofu enoki mushrooms were in the refrigerator, so I put them together to make a light and cool dried pollack egg hangover soup. It's a super-simple dried pollack egg hangover soup that was boiled in 10 minutes, and there's soft tofu inside, so you can relax your stomach with just a light hangover soup without rice. You can replace the vegetables in the refrigerator with various vegetables, and I put soft tofu in the refrigerator because I have soft tofu, but it's okay to put a little tofu or soft tofu instead of soft tofu. If you think it's not enough, you can enjoy it with dried pollack soup if you add a bit of rice. Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the dried pollack with scissors to make it easy to eat and remove the thorn.
