I make ham and vegetable fried rice and prepare vegetable fried rice I prepared bacon, onion, green onion, carrot, white rice, salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, sesame oil, and cooking oil :) While seasoning, add and adjust the ingredients to your taste and stir-fry them. :)

I prepared 3 eggs Add 1/2T of cooking wine and mix well. (2 sheets of egg garnish)

We're going to put cooking oil on a heated pan and make egg garnish! I recommend a 28cm wide frying pan. It's important to wipe off the cooking oil with a kitchen towel If you wipe off the oil like this, the egg garnish will cook thinly

The egg garnish is thin. Please post it thinking it's only 70% cooked! When it's cooked, the egg garnish gets hard, so it's hard to make the shape of omurice and the texture isn't good

Be careful not to cook egg garnish thoroughly. When it's 70% cooked, add fried rice Don't put too much fried rice I think 1/2 to 2/3 bowls is the right amount to fold omelet rice egg garnish. :)

Fold the sides of the bottom first

Fold the rest of the sides to make a shape

I folded it gently using a fritter tender and hands :)

Cover the pan with a plate and turn it upside down to complete the omurice shape

If you put tomato ketchup and cherry tomatoes on top, it's delicious and pretty omurice.
