Potato zucchini tuna stew - recipe for gochujang stew with kids.
Seeing the cool breeze blowing in the morning and evening, isn't it soon for autumn to come? When I want a spicy soup, potato zucchini stew goes well with it :) Potatoes and zucchini, which are seasonal ingredients these days. And the combination of emergency tuna cans at home! I added doenjang to the sweet and spicy gochujang base Just boil it with potatoes, zucchini, and tuna. It's spicy enough for elementary school students who are adjusting to the spicy taste! The taste from vegetables and canned tuna is really sweet, so it's delicious. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the potatoes, zucchinis, and onions into big pieces Cut it not too small to make it more chewy :) Chop the green onion, too If you have tofu, you can also cut tofu and prepare it :)
