STEP 1/17
First, boil the glass noodles in boiling water. I'm going to fry it later, so you don't have to cook it thoroughly, just cook it about 80%.
STEP 2/17
Wash the glass noodles that have been boiled once in cold water immediately so that they do not ripen under residual heat. Wait for a while for the washed glass noodles.
STEP 3/17
I'll trim the ingredients. Cut the green onions.
STEP 4/17
Chop the onions. As long as it's not too thin.
STEP 5/17
Roll up the fish cake and cut it into the same thickness as the glass noodles. I'm done preparing the ingredients.
STEP 6/17
I'll officially fry it. First, stir-fry green onions in a pan covered with cooking oil.
STEP 7/17
When the green onion starts to smell, add the onion.
STEP 8/17
Add fish cake and stir-fry until onions start to cook white.
STEP 9/17
When the onions are cooked white, add the glass noodles.
STEP 10/17
Then add water and simmer slowly over low heat until the glass noodles are fully cooked.
STEP 11/17
When the glass noodles are cooked, add minced garlic and stir-fry them quickly over high heat for 1 minute.
STEP 12/17
After 1 minute, turn off the heat and prepare to season.
STEP 13/17
Add sugar first.
STEP 14/17
And then add dark soy sauce.
STEP 15/17
Lastly, add sesame oil.
STEP 16/17
Mix it evenly over residual heat as if you are frying it.
Adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to taste.
