Making citron ade that explodes with freshness (carbonated water
Yuja cheong is one of the foods that always remains after winter. Today, I made a simple citron ade at home using the leftover citron syrup from winter. It was a good drink to drink coolly in hot weather and with other dishes. I added carbonated water and used it as a carbonated water ade.

  • citron syrup
    3T
  • lemon juice
    0.5T
  • sparkling water
    200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please scoop about 3T of citron syrup and put it in a cup.
STEP 2/4
I added lemon juice to bring out the freshness. I added about 0.5T.
STEP 3/4
Place about 200ml of sparkling water on top of citron syrup in a cup.
STEP 4/4
It's a citron ade that's refreshing.
