STEP 1/7
Please wash the tteokbokki and prepare it. I'm going to make tteokbokki, but I only used 100g of rice cake to make fish cake bomb tteokbokki.
STEP 2/7
Cut the fish cake and sausage into bite-size pieces. Cut the green onions into big pieces and the ingredients are ready
STEP 3/7
3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and 15 times of pepper powder. (> based on 500g of tteokbokki rice cake)
STEP 4/7
Place green onions on a pan, top with fish cake, add 500ml of sausage, add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/3 tablespoon salt, and half a tablespoon minced garlic, cover and simmer over high heat for 1 minute.
STEP 5/7
Put it on medium heat and add tteokbokki and rice cake
STEP 6/7
I added 3 tablespoons of the sauce.
STEP 7/7
If you cook it on low heat for 4 minutes, it's done
As expected, Eonam's recipe is a recipe that you can trust and make! Spoons and red pepper paste ingredients are different, so the taste can be slightly different, but I think the taste can be used as a seasoning for the rest of my life. I made it with sausage, but it's better to add flat glass noodles, mash it with boiled eggs, add a lot of Vienna sausages, and it's better to apply it with any toppings
