Making bibim-guksu using rice noodles & making bibim-myeon sauce
Noodles are always one of the most delicious foods. Today, I made bibim-guksu using rice noodles.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please boil the noodles. At this time, put the noodles in boiling water and when it boils up, pour about half a cup of water. If you repeat this three times, the noodles will be cooked properly.

Rinse cooked rice noodles with cold water and strain them through a sieve.

Cut about 1/3 cup of kimchi into long pieces.

Beat in an egg.

Bake the egg garnish, please.

Bake the egg garnish and slice it thinly.

Put 1T of red pepper paste, 2/3/T of sugar, 1T of vinegar, and 0.5T of thick soy sauce in a bowl.

Add a little pepper, 0.5T sesame seeds, 0.5T minced garlic, and 3T water.
STEP 9/12
Mix the seasoning well and make the bibimmyeon sauce.

Add the pre-boiled rice noodles to the sauce and mix well.

Place the bibim-guksu in a bowl and place the kimchi and eggs on top.
