Cut a small pack of soft tofu. Fried eggs are the simplest and cheapest protein. If you put it in pickled cucumbers, you can eat vegetables, and the salty pickled cucumbers balance the saltiness of the rice bowl. If you don't want to pickle cucumbers, it's delicious even if you cut fresh cucumbers. Season the soft tofu with 1 spoon of red crab soy sauce or 1 spoon of delicious brewed soy sauce. It's simple, but taking protein, vitamins, and proper carbohydrates, it became a reliable dish. It's a combination that I like, so I ate it. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Slice cucumber thinly and marinate in thick salt for 10 minutes.

Wash cucumbers in water once and wash off the saltiness.

Squeeze the water with both hands.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil to cucumbers and mix them well.

Cover the soft tofu with a kitchen towel to drain the moisture.
