STEP 1/10
It's 1kg of fresh peanuts. There's a lot of dirt on it
STEP 2/10
You rub peanuts several times and wash them. I washed seven or eight times in total.
STEP 3/10
Throw away the water that has a lot of soil twice and soak it for 20 minutes Then the soil between the peanut patterns swells and washes better.
STEP 4/10
Rub peanuts soaked in water for about 20 minutes with your hands and wash them several times until clear water comes out.
STEP 5/10
Cleanly washed peanuts are light and float, so put them in a deep, large pot as they may overflow while boiling. Pour about 2 liters of water.
STEP 6/10
Add 2 tablespoons of salt. It's a peanut with skin, so it doesn't get seasoned much, but it tastes much better if it's slightly salty..
STEP 7/10
Cover with a pot lid that fits well into a pot that is boiled over peanuts.
STEP 8/10
Peanuts float in water because they are light, so if you press something heavy like this, it cooks evenly.
STEP 9/10
Boil it over high heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and cool it down as if it were boiling for about 10 minutes. It usually boils over high heat and then when it starts to boil, it's reduced to medium heat and then boiled again for about 20 to 30 minutes, but I don't control the heat and boil it for 20 minutes from the beginning.
STEP 10/10
Boiled peanuts are done
Fresh peanuts are light and float in water, so cover them with a lid or bowl to go into the pot and boil them well.
