STEP 1/10
Peaches have a lot of fine hair, so put baking powder on them and wash them clean by rubbing them with your hands.

Wash it thoroughly and wipe the water with a kitchen towel.

Cut the top of the peach with a knife.

To dig out the seeds, cut them deep into a circle around the seeds with a knife.

If the peach is not flat after removing the seeds, cut the bottom a little.

Peel the seeded peaches.

I'll use a thick Greek yogurt to make the inside of the peach firm
Fill it up.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours. You can freeze it in the freezer for a long time or enjoy it coolly after refrigeration.

Place granola on the bottom of the plate, place the peach with the yogurt mouth facing down, place a little mint leaf on the top, and top with syrup on top of the peach.

Cut it before you eat it and sprinkle the syrup again.It's delicious when you cut it and eat it with granola.
If you cut too deep, there can be a hole in the bottom. If you use soft peaches, you can remove the seeds easily.
