STEP 1/11
I prepared a paper cup of acorn powder. It's good to put 5 cups of water in a paper cup. They put in six, but the muk was too mushy.
STEP 2/11
Put 1 cup acorn powder and 5 cups water in a pot and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix it well.
STEP 3/11
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring. You have to stir it from beginning to end so that it doesn't stick.
STEP 4/11
The color gets darker as you stir it.
STEP 5/11
When a hole forms and boils, reduce the heat to low and stir for another 2 minutes or so bring to a boil.
STEP 6/11
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
STEP 7/11
Bring to a boil while stirring for another minute.
STEP 8/11
If you turn off the light, it's done.
STEP 9/11
Move the rock into a heat-resistant plastic container rather than a glass bowl.
STEP 10/11
If you leave it at room temperature for three or four hours, the ink hardens. If you want to harden it quickly, put the whole thing in cold water and grind the lukewarm water, and the ink will cool down quickly and harden well. Please be careful not to get water in the ink.
STEP 11/11
If you pull the edges of the plastic container slightly, the ink comes out well. You don't have to oil the bowl. Make soft yet chewy acorn jelly and enjoy it.
You have to stir the acorn jelly from beginning to end so that it doesn't get pressed on the floor.
