How to make savory autumn gizzard shad
It's been a while since I went to the department store, so I've already changed my display to fall and winter clothes. I was like, "Already?" I think cicadas are crying during the day and crickets are crying at night, and it's slowly turning into autumn. I already see gizzard shad in the mart. It seems that autumn is already coming when gizzard shad is in season. Grilled gizzard shad that even the daughter-in-law who left the house comes back because of the savory smell of baking. Gizzard shad that comes out in early autumn is good for raw fish or seasoned raw fish because of its tenderness. Of course, depending on your preference, you can eat differently. I went to Garak Market and bought about 10-15 gizzard shad (small and large mixed) and grilled it, and it was so light and savory that it melts in my mouth and it's crispy on the outside, so it's so delicious. I don't think there's anything as fresh and delicious as seasonal ingredients. Autumn gizzard shad has a lot of nutrients in the body, so there is a saying that if you grill gizzard shad crispy and eat it with your head, it's sesame seeds, but I removed the internal organs of my head and grilled it, so it was perfect to eat. It was easy to eat because it looked neat because I couldn't see the head or intestines.
