STEP 1/8
I prepared ingredients to make raw fish salad. I prepared halibut sashimi and gizzard shad, but you can use other kinds of sashimi.

Lettuce is cut into 2cm wide pieces, cucumber, carrot and onion are cut into 0.3cm thick pieces, green onions are chopped, and garlic is shredded. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Add 1.5 tbsp red pepper paste, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp tuna liquid, 3 tbsp starch syrup, 3 tbsp plum syrup, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp wasabi, and stir well. You can add 2 tablespoons of sugar or oligosaccharide instead of 3 tablespoons of starch syrup. Sesame oil can be sterilized, so it's good to put it in when making red pepper paste or seasoned raw fish.
STEP 4/8
Mix onions, carrots, pineapples, and garlic in the sauce.
STEP 5/8
Add lettuce and mix gently.
STEP 6/8
Add the raw fish and mix it.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and enjoy it. It's more delicious if you eat it with the sauce.
If you have leftover raw fish, I recommend you make it with seasoned raw fish.
