Mix flour, milk, melted butter, and salt in a bowl so that no raw powder is visible.

Knead it by hand (freezing for an hour)

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, pour a little water, cover them with plastic wrap, and cook them in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add 10g of butter and 20g of mayonnaise and mix them together.

Take out the chilled dough and roll it thinly using a rolling pin.

Place mozzarella cheese, potatoes, and mozzarella cheese on top of rolled dough.

Wrap it in a circle and wrap it well.

Melt the butter a little in a pan preheated over low heat and place the dough on top to close the lid.

Cook for about 7 minutes, apply butter on top, turn over, and cook for about 7 more minutes.

Place the Greek yogurt on top of the potato cheese bread and complete.
