STEP 1/8
After preparing a pack of pickled radish, throw away all the water in the pickled radish and shake it off to drain it.

Put pickled radish on the cutting board and cut it into half-moon shapes that are good to eat. (Please cut the shape or size of pickled radish as you like.)
STEP 3/8
Prepare 0.3 tablespoons of minced garlic and 10g of chives by slicing them.
STEP 4/8
Put pickled radish in a bowl.
STEP 5/8
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum extract, 0.3 tablespoon of sugar, 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil, chives, and minced garlic.
STEP 6/8
Wear disposable gloves and mix the pickled radish with red pepper powder evenly.
STEP 7/8
Pickled radish is seasoned, but if you want to eat it sour, you can add vinegar to suit your taste.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix them again, and you're done with making super simple pickled radish salad.
If you cut pickled radish and put it in when making rice balls or rice bowls, it will have a good texture and add a clean taste, so try using it in pickled radish dishes.
