- Ingredients for tuna ssamjang: 2 to 3 tuna cans minced onions/minced green onions (e.g. carrots) doenjang/red pepper paste/red pepper powder/ oligosaccharide or sugar/sesame/minced garlic/ oyster sauce (if not, it doesn't matter) Cheongju or Soju or Mirim. About this much for the ingredients. (Main ingredient: Tuna can!)! Minced green onion. Onion. Red pepper paste doenjang. It's possible with just this sugar

It's better to prepare onions and green onions by chopping them.

Some people throw away the oil and make it, but.. It's delicious even if there's enough oil.. I made it without throwing away oil as a substitute for cooking oil.

Put the oil from the can of tuna in a pan and add a little more olives. Stir-fry chopped green onions and onions first.

You can add vegetables according to your preference. I like carrots. Add a little bit of Cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry more. Then add 1.5 tablespoons of soybean paste, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic and add seasoning

Now put the tuna can, the main ingredient, and stir-fry it. Add a spoonful of red pepper powder.

Cabbage and tuna ssamjang are always delicious!!! Two bowls of rice will be enough.
