Ingredients
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    200g
  • leek
    1ea
  • Bacon
    100g
  • Cooking oil
    3spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash the rice cake in water. Remove the sticky rice cake while washing.
STEP 2/7
Chop the green onions, please.
STEP 3/7
Slice bacon into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/7
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients with the chopped green onions.
STEP 5/7
Add washed rice cake and bacon and mix.
STEP 6/7
Place 3 spoons of cooking oil in a pan and top with seasoned rice cake.
STEP 7/7
I'm going to stir-fry it gently on low heat. Stir-fry from low to medium heat because it burns easily over high heat. If you stir-fry it, the rice cake becomes soft. Then, it's done.
Make sure to stir-fry it on low heat! Even if it takes some time, you have to turn it on low heat so it doesn't burn.
