STEP 1/7
Boil spicy vegetables first
Add the green onions, garlic, and green onion roots in the refrigerator and freezer and boil them first. You can skip ingredients that you don't have! I personally recommend putting in green onions. Of course, if you can't eat it, you can boil it with soybean paste, whole pepper, and bay leaves. :)
STEP 2/7
Boil soybean paste and pepper in boiling water
When the vegetables are boiled to a certain extent, add bay leaves, 1T of soybean paste, and pepper. I don't have soybean paste at home, so I used commercially available soybean paste! Both doenjang at home and commercially available are fine.
STEP 3/7
Put the soybean paste in water so that it melts well
STEP 4/7
Boil the meat for 3-40 minutes >> Put the meat in boiling water without removing the ingredients
STEP 5/7
Boil it over medium heat for 3-40 minutes, and the water will boil down by half or more. Then the meat is cooked properly, so delicious meat without any smell is complete!!
STEP 6/7
*If you don't know if the meat is cooked, poke the meat with chopsticks and there's no blood, it's deliciously cooked.
STEP 7/7
If the meat looks dry, slice it as thin as possible! (I thought it would be dry because it was low in fat, but it was okay.)
