How to make soft tofu stir-fried eggs
I made a healthy diet dish called soft tofu egg stir-fry that can be easily made in the morning and eaten as a meal replacement. It can be completed in 10 minutes with simple ingredients, and the taste is light, savory, and digestible, so I think it's a good menu to eat in a busy morning. Without rice, it's good to eat fried eggs with soft tofu. Soft tofu, savory eggs, and green onion scent are combined to give you a variety of flavors even though they are simple ingredients. As a sauce, you can take out the sauce according to your taste, but even if you put it in, it doesn't taste that spicy or stimulating. Eating breakfast with super-fast healthy dishes that take 10 minutes to prepare ingredients and cook makes me feel comfortable. I strongly recommend it as a healthy and digestible breakfast menu.^^

Cooking Steps

Wash the green onions and slice them thinly.

Beat in 2 eggs and beat well.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and two dishes.

Cut the soft tofu in half, please.

Pour oil into a medium-high frying pan and top it with soft tofu. It comes off easily.

Chop the soft tofu with a spatula.

Please add or subtract the sauce according to your preference. It's delicious with oyster sauce and brewed soy sauce.
