Making North Korean Green Bean Pancake
I made it by tracing the memories of the broadcast I saw about North Korean cuisine when I was in elementary school. The taste of this northern land you feel at home is starting the recipe for this northern mung bean pancake!!

  • Pork belly meat

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare peeled green beans by soaking them in water and grinding them. If you don't have peeled green beans, soak them in water, peel them, and grind them.

Shred or chop the onions and add 1 tsp of pancake mix.
STEP 3/8
Season with pepper and salt and catch the unique grassy smell of mung bean.

Preheat the pan.
STEP 5/8
Grill pork belly and make pork belly oil.
STEP 6/8
Prepare pork belly half-cooked and cut into appropriate sizes.
STEP 7/8
Place pork belly on a pan with pork belly oil.
STEP 8/8
Pour the prepared mung bean paste and fry it.
If you don't have peeled green beans, you can soak them in water and peel them yourself.
