Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Let me introduce you to cucumber noodles.
STEP 2/10
Prepare cucumbers, noodles, boiled eggs, cheongyang peppers, red peppers, green onions, and cucumber broth.
STEP 3/10
Prepare 3 cucumbers by slicing them into thin slices.
STEP 4/10
Add a little salt and boil the noodles.
STEP 5/10
Wash noodles several times with plenty of ice.

Add sugar and vinegar to the cucumber cold soup and mix well.

Slightly place noodles, cucumber, cheongyang pepper, and red pepper on top of noodles.

Gently place the boiled egg and pour in the cucumber cold soup stock.

Add ice and black sesame.
STEP 10/10
Cucumber noodles are done.
Wash noodles in cold water about 3 times and then wash them with plenty of ice to make them chewy.
