Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Use medium-sized onions and cut them horizontally (rainbow shape:)) after 1/2 equidistant.
STEP 2/8
Add salt, sugar, and vinegar to pickle the onions, mix them well, and let them pickle while making the broth.
STEP 3/8
Put plenty of cold water on a plate and soak rice paper in water one by one so that it does not stick to each other.
STEP 4/8
Add 600ml of water and 1 cube and boil for about 3 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Soaked rice paper is less elastic than dried rice noodles, so it simply removes moisture and cuts it a little wider.
STEP 6/8
Put the cut rice paper in a rice noodle container.
STEP 7/8
Put a lot of pickled onions on top.
STEP 8/8
Pour the boiled rice noodle broth and cut the chives on top of it to complete. If you like chives, you can add a lot.
