Rinse rice cake soup under running water, drain, and prepare dumplings.

Chop the zucchini and carrot into 3mm thick slices, slice the green onion diagonally, and prepare 1 coin stock.

Break an egg into a bowl, add about a pinch of salt, and dissolve it with a spoon to make egg water.

Put 550ml of water and 1 coin stock in a pot and boil over high heat.

When the soup boils up, add boiled dumplings and rice cake soup and toss it.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of soy sauce and toss gently. (Put a little bit of soy sauce in the beginning and taste it before you put it in.)

When it boils down, change the heat to medium and boil it for about 3 minutes. (Depending on the gas fire, the time for dumplings and rice cakes to cook may vary, but it usually takes 3 minutes for dumplings and rice cakes to cook.)

Over time, add zucchini, carrot, and green onion and toss.

When it boils up again, put the egg mixture in.
STEP 10/11
When the egg rises as it cooks, toss it gently with a spoon and turn off the gas stove. (If it feels bland after tasting it, add 2 to 3 pinch of salt and stir)

Lastly, if you sprinkle pepper as much as you want, you're done making dumpling soup, dumpling soup, rice cake soup, and dumpling soup.
We have 200g of rice cake and dumplings for one person, but if you feel it's not enough, you can increase the amount a little.
If you want to eat it a little spicy, you can add about 1 Cheongyang pepper.
