STEP 1/17
Peel the potatoes using a potato knife.
STEP 2/17
Put the potatoes in a pot, pour water until the potatoes are half submerged, and boil over high heat. If you boil boiled potatoes to eat them as they are, you can boil them with 1T of sugar and 1t of salt in water. I didn't season the potatoes when I boiled them because I was going to use them for salad.
STEP 3/17
When the water starts to boil, cover and lower the heat to medium.
STEP 4/17
And boil it for 20-30 minutes. Potatoes cook well when the water is almost boiled down. You can adjust the boiling time according to the size of the . I used a bigger potato and boiled it for about 35 minutes. Then the water will be almost all boiled down. And if you want to make the potatoes warm, cover them and shake them slightly. Shake the potatoes slightly so that they don't break. Then the surface of the potato will bump slightly and you will get angry.
STEP 5/17
Chop 1/4 onions, 1/4 carrots and 1/3 cucumbers in potato salad.
STEP 6/17
You can use raw cucumbers, but I added cucumbers made of cucumbers. If you have cucumber pickles, you can chop them and put them in.
STEP 7/17
All the ingredients are ready.
STEP 8/17
You can mash potatoes easily if you mash them when they are hot. It's hard to crush after it cools down. Use potato mash or fork to mash while hot. I don't have a potato mash, so I always use a fork. It's easy to mash with a fork.
STEP 9/17
Mash two boiled eggs with a fork, too.
STEP 10/17
Add chopped vegetables to this.
STEP 11/17
Add 15T of mayonnaise, 1T of sugar, 1t of salt and 1/3t of pepper. Adjust the amount of sugar or salt to taste. I think it's good to add this much. And if the potatoes are too stiff, you can add a little more mayonnaise.
STEP 12/17
Mix all ingredients and seasonings well. Then a delicious potato salad is completed.
STEP 13/17
You can use whatever you want for sandwich bread. I used Ciabatta. You can use bread, English muffin, baguette, bagel, croissant, morning bread, etc. at home.
STEP 14/17
Cut the ciabatta in half
STEP 15/17
Bake in a lightly melted butter pan over low heat until golden brown.
STEP 16/17
Now, scoop up a large handful of potato salad and put it in the bread.
STEP 17/17
It's a sandwich that doesn't take long if you boil potatoes, and it's easy to make. I think it's better because only the easy-to-get ingredients are in it. When I buy other ingredients to make sandwiches, my belly button gets bigger than my stomach. The potatoes I bought to make side dishes became a meal.
