Peel 2 medium potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Then parboil the potatoes in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Grease a pan and add blanched potatoes and cook over medium heat first. Then add the ham, which is cut to a similar size as the potato. You can use any sausage or spam instead of ham. I have chicken breast sausage at home, so I put it in. But Gimbap Ham or Spam tastes better.

Add ham and stir-fry together. When the ham is cooked, add half a cup of water.

And add 4T of thick soy sauce

Add 4T of sugar.

And after I put pepper on it

Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir it once at a time.

If you put the lid on and boil it, a lot of moisture would have evaporated.

When the potatoes are cooked and boiled, add 1T of oligosaccharide

Add sesame seeds and mix them well and boil them down a little more, and you're done with braised ham and potatoes.

Put it in a bowl and enjoy it. It's delicious even when it's cold.
