Stir-fried eggplant and chili pepper
My friend gave me the eggplants and peppers that he farmed, but the refrigerator was withering, so I made them stir-fried, and I feel sorry for my friend.

Cooking Steps

Cut it around like a pencil and pickle it in 4/3T of salt. You can cut it however you want.

If you think the eggplant is cooked, you don't know if it's cooked or not with the naked eye. You can stir-fry this much.

I personally like all kinds of eggplant dishes. I make it because there are eggplants and peppers that Yeonah gave me. They gave me four eggplants. I cut them in turns and pickled them in 4/3T of salt. While the eggplants are pickled, 6 peppers are seared and sliced to make a sauce 2 and 1/2T Whish Sauce 1/2T Oligosaccharide 2T Water 2T Pepper Powder 1/2T Minced Garlic 1/2T Pickled eggplants are squeezed in a pan, and the eggplants are cooked. Stir-fry it for about a minute. Pour the sauce and stir-fry it for about a minute so that the sauce is evenly cut. When I tasted it...I should hurry up and eat... Taste that I want?
