  • thick soy sauce

  • Mayonnaise

  • a connoisseur

  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/8
Prepare 200g of rice and place cucumber on top of it. Then add 1.5T of thick soy sauce.
STEP 3/8
Vinegar goes in 1.5T.
STEP 4/8
Add 1T of sesame oil.
STEP 5/8
Add 0.5T of lotus mustard or wasabi.
STEP 6/8
1T of mayonnaise.
STEP 7/8
Add 1 cup of seaweed flakes based on paper cups.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, sprinkle about 0.5T of sesame seeds and mix them together.
