STEP 1/15
I'm going to eat the skin of the sweet pumpkin, so wash it thoroughly with a brush or baking soda and microwave it for 4 minutes.
STEP 2/15
Cut the 4 minute steamed pumpkin in half, dig out the seeds, and arrange the filling. The sweet pumpkin is big, so I'll cook it half way
STEP 3/15
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/15
Place the chopped sweet pumpkin on a plate, cover it with plastic wrap, and microwave it again for 4 minutes.
STEP 5/15
If you poke it with chopsticks and go in lightly, it's all done.
STEP 6/15
Wash 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of almond slices thoroughly and fry them in a pan until golden brown.
STEP 7/15
Cut 3 jujubes by turning them.
STEP 8/15
Add 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of oligosaccharide to make a stew.
STEP 9/15
Put the steamed sweet pumpkin in the microwave and cook it with the sauce. You can boil it down until there are two or three tablespoons left.
STEP 10/15
Place the boiled sweet pumpkin on a plate.
STEP 11/15
I left 2 or 3 tablespoons of marinated beef
STEP 12/15
Add stir-fried nuts and dates and 1/4 small amount of cinnamon powder
STEP 13/15
Stir-fry evenly without any moisture
STEP 14/15
Put the roasted nuts on the boiled sweet pumpkin.
STEP 15/15
Finished braised sweet pumpkin and nuts.
When you steam sweet pumpkin, cover it with a wrap and steam it to make it less watery and simple
