Making Homemade Raspberry Ice Cream
I always think of cool ice cream in hot summer, so I made homemade ice cream It's simple to make, and most of all, it's good to make it healthy without pigments, additives, or preservatives! I tried making ice cream with a lot of raspberry puree, and the fresh and sweet one was really cool and delicious :) I think it would be good to make it with strawberries or mango puree depending on your preference I coated it with melted white chocolate, and I liked the crispy texture on the outside Try homemade ice cream!

Ingredients
  • mascarpone cheese

  • Yogurt
    40g
  • condensed milk
    25g
  • Sugar
    40g
  • Vanilla Extrack
    4g
  • Raspberry
    80g
  • lemon juice
    3g
  • whipped cream
    120g
  • White chocolate
    200g
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add plain yogurt, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract to gently beat mascarpone cheese
STEP 2/11
Add the raspberry puree and lemon juice and mix
STEP 3/11
Add the whipped cream and mix strongly with a hand whisk for 1-2 minutes
STEP 4/11
Squeeze it into an ice cream mold, please
STEP 5/11
Place in freezer overnight and freeze to cold
STEP 6/11
Please melt the white chocolate
STEP 7/11
Add vegetable oil and mix well
STEP 8/11
Remove the ice cream from the mold
STEP 9/11
Dip frozen ice cream in chocolate mixture (approximately 30 degrees)

Drizzle melted chocolate on top to decorate
