Wash perilla leaves clean and remove stems. - Slice the perilla leaves. -All nuts can be used. It will be more savory if you grill it lightly without oil before using it.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind. Add olive oil from time to time and adjust the concentration.

If you grind it well, perilla leaf pesto is done

I'll make pasta. Pour plenty of olive oil into the pan and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce.
