STEP 1/10
I used two medium potatoes. Peel and cut into small pieces.
STEP 2/10
Cut an onion into cubes, too. It's delicious if you put a lot of onions in curry
STEP 3/10
Cut about half of the zucchini into cubes that are similar to potatoes.
STEP 4/10
Wipe the blood off about 200g of beef with a kitchen towel, put a little oil in the pot, and stir-fry first.
STEP 5/10
If the beef is roasted to the point where the color of the meat disappears, add all the prepared potatoes, onions, and pumpkins and stir-fry them well.
STEP 6/10
When the potatoes are fried enough to be transparent, pour 3 cups of water and boil until the meat and vegetables are fully cooked.
STEP 7/10
When the vegetables are fully cooked, add 1 bag of curry powder little by little and dissolve it so that the curry powder does not clump together.
STEP 8/10
Stir well so that curry powder does not clump together and cook over medium heat. Turn off the heat when the curry melts and becomes thick.
STEP 9/10
Put a bowl of rice in the bowl
STEP 10/10
If you put a lot of curry on top, you're done with curry rice. Curry over rice is done with well-cooked kimchi!! Enjoy your meal.
