  • fish cake

  • thick soy sauce

  • the liquid of tuna

  • plum extract

  • Starch syrup

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
3 to 4 pieces of fish cake. Cut it into thin slices and blanch it in boiling water
STEP 2/6
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum extract, and 2 tablespoon of starch syrup
