STEP 1/10
Chop shiitake mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and garlic and prepare them.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced garlic.

When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry the chopped onions.

When the onions are half cooked, stir-fry them with zucchini.
STEP 5/10
When the zucchini is half cooked, stir-fry minced mushrooms.

In a pot, stir-fry 2 bowls of rice, tuna without oil on a sieve, and chopped green onions.

When tuna fried rice is done, season it with a little pepper and a little salt.

Cut the top of the paprika, scoop out the filling, and fill it with tuna fried rice.
STEP 9/10
Place mozzarella cheese on top of fried rice and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
STEP 10/10
After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley powder.
If you want paprika to be baked, please increase the oven time.
