Making simple fried bonito with soy sauce and egg rice
In Korea, bonito is a limited ingredient that is used only to make broth or put it on Okonomiyaki. But in Japan, they put bonito on rice and sprinkle soy sauce on it. So I thought it would go well with Korean soy sauce egg rice, so I made it with bonito.

  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please make a fried egg first. It's either soft-boiled or hard-boiled. You can grill it according to your preference.

Sprinkle soy sauce over the rice.
STEP 3/5
And I'll put sesame oil on it's.
STEP 4/5
Lastly, put fried eggs and bonito on top.
STEP 5/5
It's done!
You can adjust the ratio of soy sauce according to your taste.
