I think bagel restaurants are really popular these days. But the waiting is too long and I'm reluctant to visit easily, so I made cream cheese fresh cream bagel myself today.

  • Cream cheese
    200g
  • whipped cream
    200ml

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place whole bagels in air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 2/9
When the bagel is done, cut it in half so that only the ends are slightly attached.

Put 200g of cream cheese in a bowl and whisk well.
STEP 4/9
Add 50g of sugar to this and mix again with a whisk.
STEP 5/9
Please put about 100g of whipped cream in here. And please use a whipping machine again. Whip until slightly firm.

Add remaining 100g of whipped cream and whip until completely firm. You can make cream faster by turning your cheeks to one side and whipping it.

Open bagels to make cream cheese fresh cream bagels. And put as much cream as you can.
