STEP 1/10
Dried squid is seasoned. So I always use it after washing it in water. If you like the seasoned taste, it doesn't matter if you don't have to rinse it. I like to use it after rinsing it.
STEP 2/10
Drain the dried delicacies washed in water using a sieve.
STEP 3/10
Add 40g of butter and 2T of cooking oil to the wok and melt the butter. You can only use butter. I learned another thing from Ryu Sooyoung's recipe. If you just melt the butter, the butter may burn. If you mix a little bit of cooking oil here, the boiling point increases and it doesn't burn easily.
STEP 4/10
When the butter has melted to a certain extent, add the minced garlic and stir-fry first. I think it's better to add a lot of butter and minced garlic.
STEP 5/10
When the garlic is cooked white, add the prepared squid and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/10
It's good to fry it until it's golden. Adjust the degree of stir-frying to your liking.
STEP 7/10
Lastly, sprinkle a little bit of pepper. You don't need to season products with salt, but if you use salt-free butter from time to time, you can season them and add a little bit of salt. I think it would be better to eat without salt.
STEP 8/10
Garlic butter squid is done! I felt this while eating it. I was sad that I should've put more garlic. If you like garlic like me, please add a lot of garlic.
STEP 9/10
I'm going to use the ingredients that I have, so I'll just sprinkle parsley
STEP 10/10
I sprayed a lot of perm or cheese powder.
