STEP 1/12
I've been eating one meal a day for years, so I eat properly once I eat it. These days, I've been taking three hours to go back and forth for a few days, and I'm exhausted. So, I'm going to make spicy potato ramen with garaetteok.
STEP 2/12
Defrost two frozen garaetteoks in the microwave for about 3 minutes. It's completely defrosted to see the chopsticks go in.
STEP 3/12
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. The potato ramen is square, so break it into the pot.
STEP 4/12
Put potato ramen and ramen soup in a pot.
STEP 5/12
Put the rice cake in the ramen pot. If you add garaetteok, you can enjoy the chewy texture. This isn't the end.
STEP 6/12
A handful of hot pepper
STEP 7/12
1 spoonful of spicy red pepper powder
STEP 8/12
0.5 spoon of buldak sauce
STEP 9/12
I put in three spicy ingredients. Add eggs to protect the stomach and supplement protein. If you want to eat it refreshingly, don't add eggs. Add eggs to make it a little thicker, so boil it while pouring a little water. Prepare the ingredients at once so that the noodles don't get too swollen. Or turn off the gas stove for a while or turn it down to low heat. Potato ramen itself is chewy, so if you boil it for too long, it gets swollen and stretched, so it becomes tasteless.
STEP 10/12
Sprinkle some pepper
STEP 11/12
Finally, cut the green onions and put them in.
STEP 12/12
I cut the bar rice cake into bite-sized pieces using scissors. After putting in this and that, the amount has gotten a lot. It's almost two servings.
