Chop 1/8 of cabbage into small pieces, break 2 eggs, drain the soft tofu half-bong slightly, and mix them together.

Even after turning it upside down, cook it well over medium-low heat. Since soft tofu and cabbage produce a lot of moisture, blow away the moisture in moderation.

If you fry it well, the cabbage soft tofu egg pancake is done. It's very light, so I recommend you to sprinkle Sriracha. There may be likes and dislikes because soft tofu is included, so if you don't like the taste of soft tofu, pass it.
