Put the whole chicken in boiling water. I'll just blanch it slightly in hot water, so I won't boil it for a long time! Blanch moderately by turning it with the front and back tongs.

I prepared 4 cups of glutinous rice! Cook glutinous rice while cooking chicken soup.

If the chicken seems to be blanched enough, throw away all the blanched water.

When the soup starts to boil, the soup is likely to overflow, so quickly change the gas stove to low heat. Cover the pot over low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Season the soup with salt, close the lid, and boil it for another 5 to 10 minutes, and the chicken soup is done!

Add one chicken leg and 3 ladles of soup. It's more delicious if you mix and dip it together or eat it with kimchi.
