How to make stir-fried octopus sauce recipe
A few days ago, my mother sent me delicious octopus. I was thinking about whether to cook it with octopus or stir-fry it, and I got stir-fried octopus! In fact, mollusk fish such as octopus, squid, and webfoot octopus taste good, but I'm reluctant to buy creatures because of the grooming. I think the unique texture of mollusk fish is due to the visual appearance of appendages such as intestines. But the first time is hard, but after a few tries, I get used to it and it's okay. Let's see how to make stir-fried octopus?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/24
I defrosted frozen octopus in the refrigerator.
STEP 2/24
You have to prepare the octopus. First, cut the head of the octopus long.
STEP 3/24
Remove the finger-sized internal organs from the inside of the head.
STEP 4/24
Remove the eyes between your head and your legs. The ink may splatter, so be careful when you work.
STEP 5/24
There's a mouth when you turn the leg upside down. Squeeze the pimple and push it out. You can remove it like that.
STEP 6/24
Now, I'll put half a cup of flour and wash it.
STEP 7/24
Please do your best to remove foreign substances from the octopus sucker.
STEP 8/24
Rinse the small octopus washed with flour until the water comes out transparent.
STEP 9/24
Now prepare the vegetables. Chop the green onions, please.
STEP 10/24
Please cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 11/24
I cut the zucchini in half a month.
STEP 12/24
I'd like to cut the carrot into pieces.
STEP 13/24
Chop the cheongyang peppers. Vegetables are ready!
STEP 14/24
I'm going to blanch the octopus in boiling water to prevent water from forming.
STEP 15/24
Blanch it for about 30 seconds.
STEP 16/24
Please cut the blanched octopus into bite-size pieces.
STEP 17/24
Add 3T of red pepper powder, 5T of dark soy sauce, 3T of allulose (sugar), and 1/8t of pepper to complete the sauce! I'll put the minced garlic in when you stir-fry it.
STEP 18/24
Stir-fry 3T of cooking oil and 1T of minced garlic in a pan heated over medium heat.
STEP 19/24
When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry all the cut vegetables.
STEP 20/24
When the vegetables are stir-fried together, add the blanched octopus and stir-fry it slightly as if you are coating it with oil.
STEP 21/24
Then add the stir-fried octopus sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 22/24
It's well fried. It's almost done.
STEP 23/24
Lastly, add 1/2T of sesame oil and 1t of sesame seeds and finish.
STEP 24/24
A delicious stir-fried octopus was created by adding spicy seasoning to the chubby octopus. It's spicy, so I can't stop eating. I finished a bowl of rice with my partner. There's nothing difficult except trimming, so try it when you want to eat spicy food.
* If you blanch octopus for a long time, it becomes tough. Be careful not to blanch for too long.
