Cooking Steps

Pour the warm milk half way into the cup.

Add 4 to 5 spoons of ginger syrup and stir well.
STEP 3/6
Pour warm milk up to 3/4 of the cup's height.
STEP 4/6
Add milk foam about 1cm below the cup.
STEP 5/6
Pour one shot of espresso over the foam.
