STEP 1/10
Soak dried mushrooms in water. A close friend called the tree ear mushroom and gave it to me. Put it in lukewarm water and soak the wood ear mushrooms until they soften.
STEP 2/10
Rip it with your hands so it's easy to eat.I think this size will do. I like it because it's more natural than cutting it with a kitchen knife.
STEP 3/10
Rinse in cold water to remove moisture.
STEP 4/10
Slice the green onion diagonally and slice the garlic.
STEP 5/10
Shred onions and carrots, and shred yellow paprika after removing the core. Cut the red pepper round and soak it in cold water to remove the seeds.
STEP 6/10
Mix 3 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soybean milk, 1 tablespoon of stevia, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, etc. Noduyu is a Chinese soy sauce that contains caramel pigment, so it is not salty and gives off a black color. Stevia is a substitute for sugar, which is better for your health than sugar. Stevia is easily available at large discount stores these days.
STEP 7/10
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions and garlic to make the scent. Stir-fry the mushrooms in the neck and add onions and carrots.
STEP 8/10
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 9/10
Lastly, add yellow paprika and red pepper and stir-fry them. You can eat all the vegetables raw, so just a little stir-fry is enough. The last seasoning is salt. Add salt if it is bland. Turn off the and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. That way, the smell of sesame oil doesn't go away.
STEP 10/10
Finish with sesame seeds.
