STEP 1/14
I prepared two packs of milk.
STEP 2/14
Spread the milk carton on top and bottom and freeze it. You can pour regular milk into a zipper bag and freeze it.
STEP 3/14
I also prepared injeolmi.
STEP 4/14
Cut it into bite-sized pieces, please.
STEP 5/14
Leave the frozen milk at room temperature for a while, defrost it slightly, and pat it with a bat.
STEP 6/14
Hit the sides, too. You'll love it if you let your kids do it.
STEP 7/14
Pour it into a bowl. You have to pat it with a bat to make the milk ice as fine as snowflake shaved ice.
STEP 8/14
If it's not broken enough, poke it with a fork.
STEP 9/14
One tablespoon of black bean powder, please. You can sprinkle misugaru or roasted bean powder.
STEP 10/14
Put 3 tablespoons of red bean paste. I used commercially available red beans for shaved ice.
STEP 11/14
Sprinkle a moderate amount of condensed milk.
STEP 13/14
Scoop 11 ice cream and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
STEP 14/14
It's milk patbingsu that tastes better if you make it at home.
