I wondered what flavor there would be because it was gimbap with only carrots and mustard kimchi, but it is not stimulating, but it is light, so it is my favorite flavor. I think it would be good to add a little more mustard kimchi. Because of the sour and sour mustard kimchi, I can hardly feel the taste of carrots. I think it would be good to wash the mustard kimchi and fry it slightly.

I'll put 1 head per row of gimbap for gat kimchi.

Wash the seasoning thoroughly and squeeze the water to prepare. I'm going to season the mustard kimchi. If you cut kimchi and use it, it's uncomfortable to put it in gimbap. It's convenient to use the whole thing.

If you have fresh pickles, you'd better use fresh pickles. We usually have mustard kimchi at home. So, wash the seasoning and season it with soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Kind of refreshing.

I'm going to shred the carrots. I cut 4 big carrots, but there were only about half of them left. It will be more comfortable to use a chopping knife with a constant thickness. Of course, be careful with your hands!!

I'm going to fry the carrots and use them. Put 1T of minced garlic in a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry it first

Add the carrots and stir-fry until the carrot color changes slightly. Add a bit of salt to the carrot and season it. If you stir-fry it for too long, it gets soft and the texture is not good. Stir-fry it a little bit to make it crunchy. Carrots stir-fried in oil are more savory and delicious because they have a sweeter taste.

It's better to sift the roasted carrots. Water might form.

You can wrap two rows of gimbap with a cup of rice. I used 5 cups of rice to wrap 10 rows. It's good to have hard rice for gimbap.

Add sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds to the rice and season them. When you mix the rice, you can crush the rice grains if you press it and mix it. It's nice to mix it with a spatula standing up.
