STEP 1/10
Prepare six shiitake mushrooms, and separate the gat and the pillar. (You can stir-fry raw shiitake mushrooms with columns, but I couldn't because I prepared shiitake mushrooms in advance.)
STEP 2/10
Cut the gat of shiitake mushrooms into 2-3mm thick pieces. (If you're going to put in a pillar, trim the mess and tear it with your hands.)
STEP 3/10
Prepare 0.7 tablespoons of minced garlic and 10g of green onion by cutting them.
STEP 4/10
Put minced garlic, green onions, and 4 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a frying pan and stir-fry them over a medium heat over a gas fire until the garlic and green onion smell are savory.
STEP 5/10
Add onions and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until they die. (When shiitake mushrooms die, onions will be cooked.)
STEP 6/10
Add 1.8 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
STEP 7/10
Add 0.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and stir-fry it, taste it, and if it feels bland, add a little bit of soy sauce or salt, stir-fry it, and turn off the gas stove.
STEP 8/10
Add 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil to add a savory flavor,
STEP 9/10
Sprinkle with pepper and toss.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, how to make stir-fried shiitake mushrooms is left-handed.
When you separate the gat and the column, you can twist the column by hand or cut it with scissors.
It doesn't matter if you add oyster sauce when you cook stir-fried mushrooms, but don't add too much from the beginning, season little by little, and omit oligosaccharide.
