I prepared ingredients to make jjimdak.
STEP 2/12
Soak the glass noodles in water for about an hour. I cut the soaked glass noodles into 10 centimeters long.

After washing the chicken, put water in the pot to soak the chicken and turn off the heat when it boils over high heat. Prepare boiled chicken by washing it in running water.

Add 7 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 10 tablespoon of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 5 tablespoon of plum syrup, 3 tablespoon of starch syrup, 2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, pepper, 3 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 250ml of vinegar.

I cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite-sized pieces and pumpkin into big pieces. Chop the green onions and red peppers.
STEP 6/12
Add seasoning sauce to the prepared chicken, close the lid, and boil over high heat.
STEP 7/12
When it boils, simmer for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 8/12
Boil potatoes, carrots, and pumpkins for 10 minutes and the vegetables will be half cooked.
STEP 9/12
Add the onions and boil for another 5 minutes. When I poked the carrot, it was cooked well.
STEP 10/12
Add the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry them in the sauce, and boil them for another 2 minutes to cook the glass noodles well.
STEP 11/12
Add green onion and red pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
STEP 12/12
The chewy noodles with full seasoning are delicious, sweet pumpkin, potato, and chewy and soft chicken are delicious. Make sweet pumpkin jjimdak and enjoy it on the upcoming end of the year.
If you put curry powder and vinegar in the jjimdak sauce, it gets rid of the smell and it's more delicious because it doesn't feel greasy.
