STEP 1/18
Chop green onions and cheongyang peppers and prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 2/18
Cut the zucchini into bite-sized pieces and cut the onion into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/18
Cut 1 can of 200g of spam into 5mm thick pieces and leave half of it there.(I'm going to put it in soft tofu stew at the end.)
STEP 4/18
Prepare half of spam by crushing it with the back of a knife.
STEP 5/18
Put 3 rounds of oil on medium heat over gas and add crushed spam.
STEP 6/18
Stir-fry mashed spam until it turns dark brown.
STEP 7/18
Add chopped green onions, cheongyang peppers, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 0.5 tablespoon of brown sugar and stir-fry over medium heat.
STEP 8/18
After stir-frying, turn off the gas heat and mix with 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder. (Personally, if you're going to eat it with your kids, I think it'd be good to reduce the amount of red pepper powder.)
STEP 9/18
Push the ingredients for the ham soft tofu stew to one side of the pot, add 3 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, and boil the brewed soy sauce over high heat.
STEP 10/18
Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 11/18
Add 300ml of water, zucchini, and onion and toss.
STEP 12/18
When the soup of Spam Soft Tofu Stew boils, cover the pot and boil it for 5 minutes on medium heat.
STEP 13/18
After 5 minutes, cut soft tofu in half and cut it in half per piece.
STEP 14/18
Add all the remaining half of the spam.
STEP 15/18
Turn 20 turns of pepper and stir gently so that soft tofu doesn't break and boil.
STEP 16/18
Taste it and season the lack of seasoning to your taste. (Pyeon-stor and Ryu Su-young's Spam Soft Tofu Stew almost suit your taste.)
STEP 17/18
Add 2 egg yolks.
STEP 18/18
Lastly, if you put green onion on garnish and boil it for a while, Eonam teacher's recipe for ham soft tofu stew, Pyeonstorang Ryu Soo-young's recipe for spam soft tofu stew is complete.
If you stir-fry or stir-fry red pepper powder with the gas light on, the red pepper powder may burn easily, so mix it with the gas light off.
