STEP 1/8
Bring 200ml of water and 200g of penne pasta to a boil.

Separate the egg whites from the yolk and mix 150ml of milk with the yolk.

When the penne pasta boils and the water evaporates, the noodles will be cooked to a certain extent.

Add milk mixed with yolk and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/8
Season with 2 pinch of salt and a little pepper.

1 cheddar cheese, add mozzarella cheese.
STEP 7/8
If you boil it, the water almost disappears and it turns thick, it's almost done.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top and it's done.
Make sure to season it. If you don't do it, it's bland, so it's not tasty.
