It is August of the heatwave, which continues to be extremely hot. It doesn't rain... ...and if it's a cool shower, the hot air on the asphalt will cool off. So I made cold seaweed soup with cold noodles broth, jasmine tea, and vinegar. It's not seaweed cucumber cold soup, but seaweed radish cold soup. The reason why I added vinegar is that the sour taste can blow away the summer heat and dilute the taste of the spicy cold noodle broth.

Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    30g
  • Radish sprouts
    10g
  • Vinegar
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Soak the cut seaweed in water. It'll soak in just 10 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Put radish sprouts in the soaked seaweed. You can add cucumbers. I put it in because there was radish sprouts.
STEP 3/4
Add 2 bags of cold noodle broth, jasmine tea, and vinegar and mix well. You can add water or green tea because the broth is salty. Jasmine tea is always in the refrigerator, so I put Jasmine tea in it.
STEP 4/4
It's a super simple cold seaweed soup that's perfect for the summer. It is standard to shred cucumbers, but radish sprouts remain and they turned around to put them in. The taste of radish sprouts and the cool and sour taste go well together. It's hot, so it's better to eat it cool with hot main dishes. ^^
